In January 2024, right in the middle of winter, a truly unique event took place. Four ultra cyclists rode across the entire length of Poland — from Hel to Zakopane — covering the distance in just 72 hours.

The challenge was organized by Race Through Poland and Maraton Północ–Południe, with the support of partners and sponsors including Assos, Podcast Rowerowy, Bikeway, BikeRs, and Kingrunner Ultra.

What made this challenge even more special was its charitable purpose — raising funds for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP).

We accompanied the cyclists throughout the entire journey, providing full media support. Over three days, we photographed, filmed, and ran live social media coverage of the event.

Our goal was to bring as much attention as possible to the initiative, so we actively built a narrative through Instagram Stories — sharing behind-the-scenes insights, updates from the route, fresh photos of the riders, and encouraging the audience to follow the ride live and donate to the WOŚP fundraiser.

Photos were taken, edited, and published in real time. At the end of each of the four days, we created recap reels summarizing the day’s events. Thanks to strong online engagement and real-time storytelling, the campaign successfully raised an impressive 36,000 PLN for WOŚP.

Our second goal was to capture the atmosphere of this extraordinary challenge in a documentary film.

We created a 10-minute film that showcases not only the harshness of the winter conditions but also the incredible willpower and determination of the cyclists as they conquered every kilometer of the route. To achieve more dynamic visuals, we used both a Mavic drone and an FPV drone.

The resulting films went beyond the cycling community — they were featured in reports broadcast by major Polish TV stations such as TVN24 and TVN. The entire project not only delivered excitement and tangible support for a charitable cause but also gained significant media attention, inspiring audiences across Poland.
