Race Through Poland is one of the most thrilling events in Polish ultra-cycling — some even call it the toughest ultra race in Poland. This extraordinary 1,500 km race allowed participants this year to explore the beauty of Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary while facing challenging routes and ever-changing conditions.

Our role in this spectacular event was equally intense. We covered approximately 4,000 km by car, following participants along the route and capturing every key moment. We filmed day and night, capturing both sunrises and sunsets, aiming to convey the full range of emotions and challenges experienced by the cyclists. Our daily reels provided up-to-date coverage of the race — every evening, we posted a recap reel on the Race Through Poland Instagram and Facebook pages. We edited through the nights, and it was absolutely worth it.

We worked with two cameras and drones, allowing us to capture both detailed shots on the route and panoramic views. Additionally, we conducted interviews with participants before the start and after crossing the finish line, adding personal stories and emotions to our material.

It was an unforgettable experience, full of passion and dedication. We are proud to have been part of such an important event and to share its story with the audience.

Since the race was self-supported, we had to operate with full respect for the participants, staying out of their way and avoiding drawing attention to ourselves. This required exceptional precision — being present but unobtrusive, capturing the athletes’ emotions and fatigue without interfering with their race. Every shot had to be carefully considered to maintain their rhythm while showcasing the beauty and challenge of this demanding event.
